Please follow these instructions to successfully upload an image to be printed 16x20 Gallery Wrap Canvas.

Launch the photo application and choose the picture you wish to have printed. Not now! you are not finished reading, patience, read on! (If you must know, the Photo Launch Application is at the bottom of the page.)

When you hover over the picture you have chosen, several options appear. Under the Pre-paid Voucher Orders, there are two options: 11x14 Giclee Print matted & framed to approx. 16x20 and 16x20 Giclee Gallery Wrap Canvas. Choose whichever option is appropriate to your voucher by entering a 1 in the quantity box. You may crop or edit your photo by clicking on the Crop/edit link that should be just above and to the left of your image. If you do not crop the image, I will use my best judgement to appropriately crop you image, If I believe your image will not crop in a manner that will render a quality Gallery Wrap Canvas I will contact you about options.

Click Next step. OPTIONS PAGE:

On this page, please choose your surface and place a bit of information in the comment box. IF you want your order shipped AND you do not want to use PayPal, this is the page to convey that information. Near the bottom of the page is a comment box. Use this box to let me know that you want your order shipped and to contact you regarding payment options.

At the top of the page you may choose your surface for the 11x14 print, either glossy or matte. If you are ordering a canvas print, your relevant box is a bit farther down the page.

Also in the comments box, please put your HALF PRICE UTAH Voucher number, along with any comments you have for me. If I do not have this information, I will not process your order. Click Next Step.

Review your order, then click on Go To Cart.

Ignore the shopping cart and click on Proceed to checkout.

Fill this form out so I have your shipping information and way to contact you with any questions. Decision time! Do you need your ordered shipped? Or will you be picking up your order? If you want your order shipped to you, click on the UPS ground option near the bottom of the form. IF you have PayPal, Hit order now and you should be all set to go. Once your order is ready, if you are having it shipped, you will get an email containing your UPS tracking number. If you are picking up your order, I will contact you with further instructions. Attn. 11x14 Matted and Framed Customers

Once you have gone through the process in the green box located above, the fun really begins! You will recieve an email confirming your order. Then you will receive a second email which will contain a link.

The second email will be from Support@mypointclickprint.com. It will not arrive in your in box as quickly as the confirmation email. A real person will be interfacing with your order to prepare your image for framing, so please be a bit patient. Please do whatever your email client wants you to do to make sure this email does not end up in your spam folder. Click on the link, or copy and paste it into your favorite browser address bar. This link will take you to the page that will allow you to choose the Mat and Frame for your image. Once there, you will see your picture on a "wall". You may change the color of the wall to match the color of the wall you plan on hanging your framed image. Then Choose a Mat and a Frame and then click on Finalize Order.

BTW - The print is 11x14 inches, the mat has an outside dimension of 16x20 inches, the current selection of frames will add approx. 1 to 1.5 inches to give an approx. overall dimension of 19 x 23 inches.

There are currently 10 mats and 10 frames to choose from. If you decide that none of the combinations work for you, may I offer you an alternative? Yes? Good! If you wish, I will change your order to a 16x20 Giclee Gallery Wrap Canvas. You do not have to start the order process over again, simply send me an email and let me know you want the canvas instead.
